Personality: Takla is the most calm and refind person you'll ever meet,in fact she is really hard to anger. You will never find her freaking out over small little things, instead you see her trying to solve a way to fix the problem. She is always has a happy smile on her face and you'll rarely ever find her with a sad expression. She believes that everyone has some type of kindness in there hearts no matter how heartless the person is.She will try and try until she get through to a person with a sad heart, because she hates having to be around people how don't know how to see the happiness in life. She is also a bit mother like and likes to take care of the small children of the village. She considers anyone younger that her 'her children'~

History: Takla was brought into this world from a Blissey mother and a Togekiss father. She was considered a bundle of joy and her father was really proud that she turned out to be a Togepi. But when Takla was born no sound came from her, her parents almost thought she was dead, but she wasn't. Instead she was born with a smile on her face. She came from a gentle mother and a kind father and had no reason to be crying. Growing up her parents showered her in happiness, but she also grew up an only child since her parents cared so much for her, they had no time for a second child.Her parents gave her tons of education and some useful skills that she would need when she was older, such as teamwork and problem solving. Her parents taught her these skills cause she was the type of pokemon to work well with others and to see the kindness in people hearts. Her parents refused to teacher her and fighting techniques and focused on only keeping her safe out of harms way.They eventually did let her learn some fighting technquines when she matured a bit.
A couple of years had passed and with all the friendship and happiness that her parents gave her she evolved at an early stage into a togetic, which was when she was 15. Her father then rewarded her with a pouch or 'joy dust'. This dust was carried around from generation to generation, but only to the togetic species. Now with wings and having an even stronger reading of a person's heart she went around helping the village folk with anything they needed to, even if it was just helping someone get something from a high shelf. If she ever found someone with a strong and kind heart, she would shower this person with the Joy Dust her father gave her since that's what it's used for. Up until this very day she still does this. Until she grew even more kind her father taught her how to change a cruel hearted person into someone more refined, because he noticed that this seemed to weaken her. So he thought it was best for her to try and change this person into a kinder person so Takla would lose her energy. Even though this new technquie her father showed her made her weak she still tried her best at it. She has even helped or successfully succeeded on changing a person from a cruel and sick heart into a more refined and calmer person.
When Takla mature a bit and her great acts of kindness grew and the villagers started to notice more of this. She help around the conflicts that occured around the village and even helped people there way across the forest safely. The chief at that time also noticed how good she was with other and watched her closely. Soon it came the time for the chief to die. The village then insisted that Takla would make a great Chief. After she went through some tests she was finally chosen to be the chief of the origin tribe. Her father was so proud that she had accomplished that. So at her after the announcement that Takla was suppose to be the leader, her father rewarded her with a shiny stone. She truly believe that she deserved to evolve. Takla happily took his offer and evolved into a Togekiss.

-She like to drown people in Joy Dust, but only if she can see how strong your heart is
-She can sometimes be a bit too happy and over do it at some points
-the only way you can get her to hate you is if you do something sinister in her face
-She likes to have the Joy Dust around her eyes, is why they look so glittery sometimes
-The Feather on her necklace is her fathers and cherishes it greatly
-SHE DOES HAVE WINGS. The can stay on her back almost like a tattoo and she can summon them
-Her wings are very strong and she can fly for a long amount of time
